I am an environmental scientist, working the global wetland carbon cycle, in both fresh and marine sytems. Currently my work is focused on studying the varies aspects of the carbon cycle including carbon burial, respiration rates (CO2 and CH4) and exportation rates (dissolved inorganic and organic carbon) along the Amazon wetlands and floodplain lakes.
